Gold Yields Mining was founded by Prosper Shumba, a man who knows gold from the dust up.
From his first days as an artisanal miner to his role today as a Pan-African industry leader, his journey has been defined by discipline, integrity, and relentless drive.
Over the past 25 years, that vision has grown into a thriving mining group with over 100 active gold mines, employing thousands and contributing significantly to Zimbabwe’s economy.

By training skilled artisans and investing in local manufacturing, we create jobs, build craftsmanship, and give Zimbabwean gold a distinct identity in the global market.
